In addition to the METAALUNIE VOORWAARDEN the following supplement also applies.

Supplement:

• The buyer is entitled to a cooling off period of 7 working days subsequent to the delivery of the goods. This means that the buyer may return the goods to Jillco Kunststofservice BV within this period. Shipment is at the risk and expense of the buyer.
• If the buyer wishes to return goods, this must be stated in advance so that Jillco Kunststofservice BV is informed of this fact.
• The return shipment must be sufficiently prepaid and sent to: Jillco Kunststofservice BV, Twijnderstraat 55, 6006 NW Weert, The Netherlands. Shipments sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.
• Jillco Kunststofservice BV will not levy any charge when a shipment is returned. However, the shipment will be inspected on intake. If the goods or the packaging are incomplete or damaged the accompanying costs will be charged to the buyer. These costs will then be deducted from the sum to be reimbursed.
• Restitution of the order sum will take place within 30 days of the receipt of the return shipment and is only possible by means of a bank or giro transfer.
• If an order is not delivered within 30 days subsequent to being order by the buyer, the buyer is entitled to cancel the order. This does not apply if a different delivery period has been agreed.
